Our Instructors

Certified Power Pilates Instructors

All our trainers are certified with Power Pilates Teacher Trainer program and adhere to the classical method.  For 20 years Power Pilates has been dedicated to Pilates training that honors the integrity of the original method developed by Joseph Pilates.  Our trainers maintain their certification by completing a number of Power Pilates Continuing Education Credits each year.  This way, you can be sure that our trainers are continuing to learn, revisit and refine their teaching skills in order to inspire their students.
